First Floor Plan
Second Floor Plan
The plan of the building is set according to the ratios of Golden Section. The spaces are separated into private and public, which is the services division at the ground floor, while main living space at the first floor. The orientation of the spaces is carefully placed based on their functions during the day and night. Living room and kitchen are placed at the northwest facade, while the bedrooms are placed near to the northeast and southeast direction. This allows the penetration of natural morning sunlight into the rooms, instead of the heat gain in the evening
The roof level is a rooftop garden where the ramp is the main circulation to access. It links the spaces of the both levels, at the same time gives a sense of movement and a great visual experience on the integration of greeneries and concrete structure.
